LOCATION: HAYTON READING ROOM

This class is a 30 minute session that works every part of the body! If you want to push it further you can bring some weights with you or even tins of beans if you dont have weights!

My pilates and yoga sessions are inclusive for everyone and are designed for all ability levels from novice through to advanced. It doesnt mater if your goal is to be able to get up stairs or up Ben Nevis! I will work with you to achieve your goals!
